Description of the apartments
All apartments face south, are flooded with light through large window elements and offer a wonderful view of the garden and the surrounding mountains. They are suitable for 2-4 persons, consisting of living room with pull-out double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a balcony or terrace.

Price Notes
- The prices are per apartment and day with an occupancy of 2 persons from 3 days
- For the third and fourth person we charge Euro 22 per day
- Short-stay supplement for stays up to 3 nights: Euro 5.00 per person per day
- On request with breakfast á Euro 18,00 per person a day
- Children up to 3 years: free breakfast
- Children from 3 – 14 years: pay 10 euros for breakfast
- On request intermediate cleaning: € 15
- On request change bed linen: 10 Euro / person
- On request use of washing machine and dryer in the laundry room: € 10 (iron also available)
Communal residence tax
We point out to our guests that the communal residence tax is added to the stated rent. This is 2.00 € per day and person (over 14 years).
Useful information:
- CHECK IN: your apartment is ready for occupancy from 14.00 p.m.; You are welcome to arrive earlier and deposit your luggage at the reception
- CHECK OUT: We ask you to vacate the apartments by 10 am on the day of departure
- PAYMENT: You can pay in cash (according to Italian law up to a maximum of 3000,00 Euro)
- All apartments are NON SMOKING ROOMS; Please smoke only on the balcony or terrace
- Pets are not allowed
- Cancellation conditions: Please inform us in time if you have to cancel your holiday. Cancellations received up to 30 days before the arrival date will incur no cancellation fees. For later notification, we will charge you 3 days. Should your cancellation arrive in the last 14 days before arrival, the full amount will be charged according to the Italian law.
